As a foreigner on a brief visit, the hotel provided a comfortable bed with a beautiful view and plenty of natural light, although the room seemed a bit tacky. The service, unfortunately, was extremely unfriendly and inefficient, lacking basic amenities like a minibar and safe, with a major letdown being the abysmal Wi-Fi connection. The location, however, was very practical near the Opera house and park along the river. Dining had its moments with a complete buffet, but some days lacked quality. The facilities were decent overall, with some areas needing improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with high ceilings but lacks coffee/tea facilities. The service, while not very welcoming initially, improves with helpful staff. The location is excellent for exploring the city, right in the center with nearby attractions. The dining options are good, albeit slightly expensive. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and convenient for guests.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright, with a beautiful balcony, perfect for business use with WiFi access. The service was extremely good and helpful overall, though there were minor issues with room amenities. The location was simply optimal, right in front of the Opera and Palais de Congres and close to everything in Aix les Bains. The dining experience was decent with freshly baked croissants. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay.
